Improve access to Innovation, particularly for citizen innovators through o adequate, structured, coherent and consistent communication of Innovation initiatives and possibilities, both at the EU level and across member states, regularly


Increase Facilities:
Increase facilities for Innovation by fostering an collaborative environment for ideas, facilities, funding and deployments that encourage potential innovators and innovators to structure, build, refine and deploy their ideas

Reduce Barriers:

 Reduce barriers to innovation take-up, particularly structural, political, legal and regulatory barriers and enhance funding opportunities for innovation, particularly from the private financial sector and governments by encouraging a better risk-taking attitude towards innovation from government and industry which is currently, by and large firmly biased in favour of incremental, step-curve approaches

Enhance Participation:
Encourage take-up of Innovation particularly within citizen innovators by engaging in a structured manner, a diverse demography across the member states to challenge traditional cultural and societal aversions to risk-taking and entrepreneurship
